Blueprinting - Gathering requirements in SAP

Gathering requirements depends on the project and the size of the organization you are working with. There is no hard and fast rule as long as you finished your job on time and meets the user requirements.

Despite of having been able to do the required task in simplest way, doing a project by following a proven and efficient process is I think will help the stakeholders in managing their individual tasks. Well defined and providing the appropriate/proper deliverables on each stage of the blueprinting should be observed properly.

Thus, having been written this, each of our organization has each own way of doing projects and I hope we will consider the best methodology that will fit in our organization and the project itself.
